Grilled peach crostinis

Just when you think summer's over, last weekend surprised us with a wonderful 28°C in London. I didn't go out much that weekend, but spent the time baking/cooking and taking photographs of food. It was probably the best weekend of my life. How much of geek does that make me sound like? Anyway, this is a good way to enjoy the late summer - with some grilled peach, tomato & mozzarella crostinis with lashings of balsamic vinegar.. Seriously good..

The recipe is a slight adaptation from Joy the Baker and can be found here. I used ciabatta bread and grilled the peaches, apart from that, everything is the same.
